Slip into a small, light pair of shorts, like a dream... The perfect little shorts, quickly sewn, to wear without moderation. The Songe shorts come in 2 versions, with or without Italian pockets. The waist is not fully elasticated to avoid adding bulk from gathered fabric on the stomach. Adorable paired with our Blush camisole: a pronounced V-neckline, yet wearable with a bra. And even on its own, Blush is the perfect versatile, slightly sexy top to wear under a cardigan or with a slightly loose-fitting sweater. The slip version is just as enticing and included in your pattern!

Sewing level: beginner + to intermediate, the technical points are assembling the Italian pocket, attaching the elasticated waistband, and applying bias binding.

- Fabric for a 140cm width:

For the shorts: 34-36: 70 cm, 38-44: 80 cm, 46-52: 100 cm

For the slip dress: 34-40: 120 cm, 42-48: 150 cm, 50-52: 200 cm

For the camisole: 34-40: 80 cm, 42-48: 100 cm, 50-52: 130 cm

- 25 cm of iron-on interfacing like Vlieseline G785

- A 2 cm length of elastic

- 2 small rings for attaching the straps (optional)

Fabric choice: soft and comfortable fabrics to wear such as cotton or viscose poplin, a soft and flowing viscose or cupro jacquard, viscose crepe, twills, tencel. Fabric weight between approximately 80 and 200g/m2.
