Delivery and return

Delivery

We process orders within 2 to 3 business days. Shipments are primarily made via Purolator or Canada Post.

The delivery fee may be adjusted upwards for remote regions of Quebec and other Canadian provinces.

International and US shipping available.

Delivery charges are never refunded if the package is returned for non-collection.

The customer is responsible for customs fees and for collecting the package on time.

Free delivery

Free delivery cannot be combined with any other promotion.

In Canada

Delivery is free for orders of $175 and over before taxes.

Collection

Pickup is also available, with a delivery time of 1-2 business days. You will receive an email to schedule a pickup time for your package.

Exchange and Return Policy

Patterns, pattern books, prints, as well as fabrics and accessories requiring custom cutting are final sale.

You can exchange or return an item that doesn't suit you. You must inform us by email (info@espacefabrik.com) within 15 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The return address will be sent to you by email. We do not cover return shipping costs. A refund will be issued to your credit card after we receive and inspect the returned items.
