“I don’t know how to use a sewing machine. »

Choose Initiation and free project and check Initiation ($28 worth of materials for the first project).

You will learn basic sewing machine operation starting with the first mandatory project, a zippered pouch, in the first 2 weeks. You will then be able to carry out a free project by choosing it with the help of the teacher.

“I know how to use a sewing machine, but I need help with everything else. »

Choose Initiation and free project , do not check Initiation!

From the first class, bring your printed pattern and all the materials you need to make your project.

* We advise you to start your project on your own, if you are able, to take full advantage of the learning time with your teacher.

“I have to miss a class, what should I do?” »

L'Atelier Espace Fabrik cannot be held responsible if a student is unable to attend their class or if the retakes offered do not suit their schedule.

If you have to miss a class, if possible, notify us by email at info@espacefabrik.com as soon as possible.

In order to ensure respect for other students as well as the entire Atelier Espace Fabrik team, it is essential to honor the policy of absence and resumption of classes:

  • During the same session, you can only postpone one course .
  • Missed lessons are not refundable .
  • You cannot retake a course in place of another student who has missed one of their courses.

If you experience a particular situation preventing you from completing your session, do not hesitate to contact us for an agreement at info@espacefabrik.com.

“How do I resume my course? »

Contact us at info@espacefabrik.com to receive your course resumption code.
You can then reserve your course resumption time slot online by visiting the A la carte courses page.

If you cannot show up for the resumption of your course, it is your responsibility to notify us 24 hours in advance and to reschedule your resumption by starting the procedure again.

Classes in English? Any english classes?

All our teachers are bilingual and can give lessons in both languages, French and English.

“What about my 15-year-old? »

A course for Youth or Adults?
Youth classes are mainly attended by children aged 8 to 14 and the atmosphere is often lively and friendly!
If your teenager prefers calm and fiercely protects their bubble, adult classes will open their arms wide.
