You will learn basic sewing machine operation starting with the first mandatory project, a zippered pouch, in the first 2 weeks. You will then be able to carry out a free project by choosing it with the help of the teacher.

From the first class, bring your printed pattern and all the materials you need to make your project.

* We advise you to start your project on your own, if you are able, to take full advantage of the learning time with your teacher.

L'Atelier Espace Fabrik cannot be held responsible if a student is unable to attend their class or if the retakes offered do not suit their schedule.

If you have to miss a class, if possible, notify us by email at info@espacefabrik.com as soon as possible.

In order to ensure respect for other students as well as the entire Atelier Espace Fabrik team, it is essential to honor the policy of absence and resumption of classes:

• During the same session, you can only postpone one course .
• Missed lessons are not refundable .
• You cannot retake a course in place of another student who has missed one of their courses.

If you experience a particular situation preventing you from completing your session, do not hesitate to contact us for an agreement at info@espacefabrik.com.

If you cannot show up for the resumption of your course, it is your responsibility to notify us 24 hours in advance and to reschedule your resumption by starting the procedure again.

All our teachers are bilingual and can give lessons in both languages, French and English.

A course for Youth or Adults?
Youth classes are mainly attended by children aged 8 to 14 and the atmosphere is often lively and friendly!
If your teenager prefers calm and fiercely protects their bubble, adult classes will open their arms wide.

Time limit for in-store pickup: You have 3 months from the order availability email to pick up your order in-store.

If you cannot pick up your order within the deadline, you can contact us by email or phone to find the best option together (e.g., set a new pickup date; postal delivery at our usual rates)

Uncollected orders: If the order remains uncollected and the customer is unreachable after at least two attempts on our part, we will, in accordance with current legislation, refund the order to the payment method used during the purchase after a reasonable period (generally 6 months from the availability email).

Products sold by the meter (fabrics, ribbons, etc.) and A0 prints are considered custom and final sale products once cut.
Due to their specific nature, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable after purchase, except in case of a quality defect.

An order for cut fabrics is final at the time of purchase.
