Cancellation and re-do policy

The happiness of our students is important to us and we do everything in our power to accommodate their unforeseen circumstances by offering different time slots for resuming classes.

However, in order to ensure respect for other students as well as the entire Atelier Espace Fabrik team , it is essential to follow the policy on absences and retaking classes:

• If you need to be absent from a class, you must notify us by email at info@espacefabrik.com at least six hours in advance .
  
  
• Contact info@espacefabrik.com to receive your course resumption code. You can then book your course resumption time slot online by visiting the A la carte Courses page.
  
  
• If you cannot attend your retake, it is your responsibility to cancel it yourself, via the confirmation email received previously, otherwise your retake will be canceled and cannot be retaken.
  
  
• If no date is available, please contact us by email at info@espacefabrik.com
  
  

• During the same session, you can only postpone one course .

• You have a grace period of 6 weeks following your absence to retake your course. If you have not made an appointment within this period, your retake will be canceled.

• Missed classes are non-refundable.

• You cannot retake a class in place of another student who has missed one of their classes.

• If you are experiencing a particular situation, do not hesitate to contact us for an agreement at info@espacefabrik.com

• If you cancel your registration before the start of the session, you will be given a full refund.

• If you cancel after the start of the session, you will receive a refund of 90% of the amount paid, less the fees for courses already taken.

Atelier Espace Fabrik cannot be held responsible if a student is unable to attend their class or if the retakes offered do not fit into their schedule.
