Top and Dress CIELO | Paper pattern - Closet Core Patterns

The Cielo dress and top, part of our Rome collection, is an easy, breezy take on the t-shirt and shift dress. Filled with interesting details and interchangeable features, it will quickly become a favorite in your wardrobe.

Choose between a cropped top with cuffed sleeves (version A) or more theatrical, long gathered sleeves (version B) – or make an easy-fitting dress with in-seam pockets (version C) or no pockets (version version D). All versions feature a slightly dropped armhole, a diagonal shoulder yoke and a rather wide cut, finished with a choice between an elegant bias neckline or a facing.

SUGGESTED FABRIC

This pattern can be made with a variety of fabrics depending on the desired effect. For a more structured shape, use light to medium weight weaves like linen, chambray, or cotton shirting. For a more drapey effect, use rayon challis, tencel, cotton voile or silk.
