Sock set to dye yourself - MARIE LES BAINS

A great introduction to vegetable dyes, this DIY dye kit is the perfect gift for all artisans and lovers of handmade products. Cotton socks have previously received a tannin treatment and mordanting, so they are ready to dye. The flowers used were all harvested from our gardens.

It contains:

- Instructions for making the print

- A pair of 100% cotton socks

- Whole marigolds (yellow-green)

- Petals of scabious (blue-mauve)

- Dyers’ chamomile (yellow)

- Madder root (red-orange)

- A piece of parchment paper and some rubber bands
