Roscoe Dress & Blouse - Paper pattern - TRUE BIAS

The Roscoe blouse and dress is an oversized garment with a gathered neckline and raglan sleeves. The front is finished with a central slit and necklines. The sleeves are designed to sit a few inches above the wrist. View A is a blouse, View B is a mini dress or tunic, and View C hits mid-calf. Views B and C have a large ruffle at the bottom.
