Jenna features a dropped shoulder and deep back yoke. We've omitted the traditional pleat at the back in favor of an elegant hanging loop, but kept a classic style with a stand-up collar, long sleeves with a button placket and cuff, and a patch pocket on the back. chest. Best of all, we've created 3 unique views to give you plenty of options with this pattern.

The View A is the perfect everyday button-down shirt, finishing below the buttocks with a deeply curved, exaggerated hem. It also includes an optional hem gusset at the side seam for added stability.

View B is cut high-waisted with a straight hem and pairs great with high-waisted bottoms. It could also be a lovely layering piece with delicate dresses.

View C is an easy shirt dress. Ruched panels create a flowing midi-length shirt dress, so charming in lightweight fabrics such as viscose and silk.

Just like our Fran pajamas, Jenna is available in our new alpha size range from XXS to 4X, in PDF and printed versions (all sizes are included in the envelope!)

SUGGESTED FABRIC

Jenna works well with many fabrics! For a clean, classic shirt, we recommend structured woven fabrics such as poplin, chambray, Oxford and cambric. For a softer, more fluid shirt or dress, opt for linen, Tencel, voile, viscose, silk or flannel. All views also require shirt buttons and iron-on interfacing.
