PATTERN
The Hespéride blouse is a little marvel: its corolla-like shape is crafted with yokes, and its back has incredible charm. Designed with very comfortable raglan sleeves, the front neckline is open and rounded, and can be made with or without a button placket. The cut is fitted on the upper bust and flares out under the front yoke without gathering, to avoid creating unflattering volume on the chest. The back, on the other hand, is gathered under the yoke to add movement, and features an opening closed with a wide, very feminine tie. Ethereal and romantic, the Hespéride blouse is irresistible.
The Hespéride pattern grades from 34 to 52. The finished garment measurements chart is available in the product photos. Emilie is wearing Hespéride in size 36.
Sewing level: beginner to intermediate depending on the chosen version; technical points include creating pleats on the shoulders, the polo placket (optional), cuff assembly, attaching bias tape to the sleeve head, and raglan sleeve assembly.
SEAM ALLOWANCES INCLUDED (1 CM).
