I was absolutely looking for a Halloween decoration that EVERYONE could do without leaving the house (or almost) during this pandemic. So here is a spider web to hang indoors or outdoors. You can make it the size you want and with the number of spiders you want.
Materials required:

3 medium branches

A white sweater and a black sweater transformed into a yarn T-shirt .

Black sweater size
First of all, you have to transform your sweater into a yarn T-shirt, I made a tutorial right here to help you do this step. If you don't have any old sweaters, you can use wool, rope, or an old sheet cut into strips.
Making the spider web

Position the branches one on top of the other. Tie a first knot with the rope around the branches. To hold everything in place, wrap the rope between each branch until it is secure. You will have to pass between the branches several times. Do not cut the rope.

With the same rope, start weaving the spider web by wrapping it after each branch. It doesn't have to be equal all the way around, have fun!

Once the canvas is finished, tie a knot with the rope around the branch, calculate 15 cm and cut the rope.

Make a loop with the 15cm of rope. This loop will allow you to hang the spider web.
Making the spider

Using the hem of the black sweater (or another scrap), fold it back on itself to create a rectangle. It's better to have a larger rectangle than one that's too small, because you'll have to cut it later. This rectangle will be used to make the body of the spider.

Cut 4 ropes of T-shirt yarn 30cm long, this will be used to make the legs.

Wrap each rope twice around the body and tie. Bring the legs together towards the middle of the body.

Cut one end of the body rounded to make the head and the other end pointed for its backside.

Tie the legs to the canvas by tying knots and cut off the excess.
Now you can decorate the interior or exterior of your house.
